HUFP — Houston United Football Project — is a social movement that uses football to bring our city together and create positive impact through sport.
HUFP began as a small group of players who wanted a serious place to compete in Houston — beyond pickup, beyond league night. It grew quickly into a citywide project, built on the idea that the game should be organized, accessible and well-run.
We organize Houston's football calendar — weekly Open Sessions for any player, the Nations League where teams represent the cultures of our city, and flash tournaments for organized squads. Everything we do is designed to bring Houstonians together through the game.
Every player carries their flag, their roots, their story.
Low cost. No gatekeeping. Show up, you play.
Houston is the team. Everything else is detail.
Casual roots. Competitive standard.
One city. Every nation. The same game. We're building the football movement Houston deserves — for every player, every neighborhood, every culture.
